1. Booking a valuation

Booking a valuation is quick and simple with our friendly team. We will be able to meet you at your property at your convenience to provide a valuation. There are no upfront or withdrawal fees as we work on a no sale, no fee structure. 

2. Placing property on the market

Once you’re ready for the next step, an experienced member of our sales team will arrange a second meeting at your property to take high quality photographs and compose a well written, detailed description of your home as well as a floorplan. This will be carefully put together into an impressive sales brochure to give your property the best possible chance of a quick sale. 

3. Finding a buyer

Here at clarknewman we know our registered applicants well, once you’re ready to go onto the market, we will be scaling our database for viewers before going to Rightmove, Zoopla and of course our own clarknewman website. We will soon be in touch to arrange viewings which we can accompany, this will lead to offers being made. We will negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best possible price, taking the stress away from you. Your dedicated member of our sales team will be with you every step of the way, helping you find your perfect buyer. 

4. Agreeing a sale

Once the perfect buyer has been found a sale is agreed subject to contract and we can help you find competitive pricing for your conveyancing. Our job is not done yet; we will regularly speak with the solicitors, other agents in the chain and mortgage advisors to guarantee your sale reaches exchange and completion in the shortest possible time. As our vendor, you will receive regular updates on the progress of your sale.

5. Moving day

Your sale will soon reach exchange, and then through to completion which is the big day that you will be loading up your removal lorry!
