Having used bigger estate agents in the past, I really wanted to use a smaller agent who could offer me a more personalised service. I was struck by the enthusiasm of Sam & Lewis who have made the whole selling process a real breeze. From their visit to value the house to getting offers only took a week and I was very happy with the price they achieved! They are genuinely lovely people who went above and beyond what I expected of them. They really want to do their best for you and have great local knowledge. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.

As first time buyers with no clue how anything to do with buying a house works, Sam and Lewis were completely faultless throughout the whole process. Right through from finding us our first home to completing, there wasn’t a question unanswered and the communication was on point.
