Clarknewman were responsible for managing the let of my flat for a long time. Upon deciding the sell it, they were absolutely fantastic. Advising on the market, listing it with fantastic photos and video footage. The team found a buyer in good time and were by far one of the best estate agents I have dealt with for a property sale. Sam was always chasing updates, pushing for movement on certain things and keeping me up to date. Extremely professional and a real breath of fresh air to the industry. I recently sold a house with Dave and while this can be a very stressful process, I felt 110% confident by partnering with Dave.
