Lewis Clark
Director
I’m Lewis, one of the directors here at clarknewman. Having grown up in Harlow, I’ve always been proud to call this town home. I started my career in estate agency at just 17, working my way up from apprentice to office manager within three years. Now, with over 15 years’ experience, I bring a wealth of local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people move within the area I know so well.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me at Harlow Rugby Club supporting the first team or enjoying clay pigeon shooting.
Sam Newman
Director
I’m Sam, a director at clarknewman. Like Lewis, I began my career in estate agency as an apprentice, starting out at 18. Over the past decade I’ve built my experience across both sales and lettings, developing a detailed understanding of the local property market. Having always lived in Harlow, I know the area inside out and take pride in helping clients find the right home in our community.
Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and enjoy playing football for Parsloe Athletic – a local team we’re proud to sponsor. I’m also a lifelong supporter of Leyton Orient.
Paul Wood
Director
I’m Paul, and I’ve been working in estate agency since I was 16. Over the years I’ve seen the industry – and Harlow itself – grow and change, and I’m proud to have played a part in helping so many people move home. In 1987, I opened Centurion, starting with an office in Braintree and later expanding into Harlow and Chelmsford. With decades of experience across sales, lettings, and management, there aren’t many situations I haven’t come across, which means I’m well placed to guide clients through every stage of their move.
Outside of the office, I spend much of my free time sailing – it’s my way of relaxing and enjoying time away from the busy property world.
Sarah Dykes
Lettings Manager
I’m Sarah, Lettings Manager at clarknewman. I began my career first working in mortgages before moving into sales and lettings. Over the past decade I’ve built up extensive experience in property management, and today I oversee the lettings department, making sure everything runs smoothly for our landlords and tenants. I enjoy being a first point of contact for clients and pride myself on offering clear, reliable support whenever it’s needed.
Away from the office, I enjoy playing netball and long walks with my dog at the weekends.
Tamara Jacimovic
Sales & Lettings
I’m Tamara, and I’ve been part of clarknewman since leaving school in 2020. I started through an apprenticeship and now work across both sales and lettings, while also supporting Sarah with the day-to-day running of our lettings department. I enjoy working closely with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers alike, and I take pride in making sure everyone feels supported throughout the process.
Outside of work, I love travelling and experiencing new places, as well as going to live music events and festivals with friends.
Morgan Clark
Meet & Greeter
I’m Morgan, the meet and greeter. My main job is keeping team spirits high and greeting clients with a wagging tail (and the occasional request for a belly rub). I’m always around to bring a bit of fun and warmth to the office, making sure everyone feels welcome – whether they’re staff, clients, or visitors popping in for the first time.
When I’m not busy boosting morale, you’ll usually find me snoozing in a sunny spot or waiting patiently for my next walk.
