Opt for our rent guarantee protection and enjoy complete confidence with assured rent. If rent isn’t paid, you will receive cover up to £10,000 per month until vacant possession is secured. Legal costs to regain possession following a tenancy breach are covered up to £100,000, including the serving of statutory notices and court attendance. Rent is paid monthly in arrears, and a solicitor will be instructed on your behalf to ensure possession is obtained efficiently.
